Dr. Justin Grabow has a background in Business Administration and Business Psychology. Since spring 2021, he has been both anexternal interdisciplinary PhD student at the University of Twente in the Netherlands and has held several positions in business as a management consultant and expert in human resources development. In 2023 Justin joined the startup LigniLabs GmbH and took on a managing director role. LigniLabs conducts research into microtechnology solutions for targeted plant
medicine.
