Marion has over 25 years' experience in establishing biotech companies, and she is currently the COO of T-CURX GmbH. Pior, she was the co-founder and CEO of ChromoTek. Under her leadership, ChromoTek became a market leader in its segment, developing innovative reagents based on camelid nanobodies for biomedical research. She successfully sold ChromoTek to the Proteintech Group in Illinois, USA, overseeing its subsequent integration. Previously, she was a Principal at Earlybird Venture Capital. She serves on several investment and advisory boards. Marion is a molecular biologist by training and completed a PhD and postdoctoral research in the laboratory of Prof. Dr. Svante Pääbo.
