Tim Wang is currently the chief business officer at Duality Biologics. Since joining the company 2022, he has led six global out-licensing deals with total earned upfront and milestones exceeding $500mnn and biobucks over $6bn. DualityBio’s current partners include BioNTech, GSK, BeOne Medicines, Avenzo Therapeutics, 3S Bio and Adcendo. Before joining Duality, Tim spent 19 years in Wall Street healthcare research and banking, all based in New York. He previously worked as a member of a top-ranked pharmaceutical equity research team at J.P. Morgan and UBS, and then spent many years at Mizuho Bank where he specialized in healthcare research and cross-border corporate advisory. Before his business career, Tim worked as a research scientist at Schering-Plough Corporation in New Jersey. Tim graduated top of his class from NYU Stern School of Business with four merit awards, earned an M.Sc. degree in Biochemistry from The University of British Columbia and a B.Sc. degree in Microbiology from Nankai University.
