Ignacio Guerrero-Ros, Ph.D., is a vice president at Russo Partners. For the past six years, he has led PR programs for a wide range of biopharma, medtech, and diagnostics companies. With the firm’s “hands-on at all levels operating approach,” Ignacio is the top media relations executive under the partners and leverages his extensive network to drive client coverage. In addition, he uses his communications and extensive science background as part of client story-development and messaging work. Prior to joining Russo Partners, Ignacio was a scientific associate at International Meetings and Science (IMsci), part of New York-based Grey Health Group. In this role, he led the development of medical content for use in educational and promotional campaigns for pharma clients. Ignacio collaborated closely with key opinion leaders and client liaisons to create both visual and written scientific materials. Ignacio is a board member of the Miami Biotech Collective, a contributing author to BioSpace, and a guest lecturer at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he earned a Ph.D. in biomedical sciences with a focus on immunology. He earned a B.S. in biotechnology from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in Madrid.
