Virginia began her career 30 years ago in communications and life sciences with a focus on building and leveraging relationships and reputation to solve business challenges. Clients work with her to, among other things, speed clinical trial recruitment, build relationships with HCPs, drive investment, accelerate lead generation, solve for trust in science, and raise visibility. Prior to founding ENTENTE, Virginia served as the right-arm communications strategist to the Office of the CSO and to the Office of Innovation and Public Health at Johnson & Johnson, one of the world’s largest healthcare companies. She advanced reputation and leadership for the enterprise and for its CSO, CMO, R&D leaders and Public Health Leaders.

She was previously Head of Life Sciences at Porter Novelli, an Omnicom company, where she also served as client relationship leader for the Johnson & Johnson global portfolio. Previously, she was instrumental in the growth and sale of a boutique life sciences consultancy to Porter Novelli. Virginia is a member of the Aspen Institute Science & Society Program Advisory Council and has served on numerous Boards. She was the 2024 winner of the Silver Stevie Award for Communications, Investor Relations and PR Executive of the Year.
