Registration and Check-In Hours
When you arrive, please proceed to the registration desk located inside the Hilton tokyo Bay Hotel, 2nd floor in the foyer. Please come prepared with a business card or ID to collect your badge. Registration will open at the following times:

February 26: 8:30am (for pre-conference workshop registrants only)
February 27: 8:00am
February 28: 8:30am

BPI Asia Attendee Networking App
The BPI Asia networking app allows you to view the attendee list and schedule meetings before, during and after the event. You can access the app on your computer at https://connect.jujama.com/AsiaTIDES-Cell-Therapy-BPI-Antibody-Engineering or by searching for the ‘KNect365’ app on your iPhone / Android. All attendees should have received an email with your log in details within the past week. If you need your log in details, please visit the link above and click ‘retrieve credentials’ and enter the email associated with your registration. Speaker Presentations
Our team will collect speaker presentations and add them into the networking app within 2 weeks after the event. Please note that we only post presentation slides from speakers that give us permission to do so.

Registration Fee
All registration fees must be paid prior to the meeting. If you still owe payment on your registration, you may pay with a credit card onsite when you check in.

Pre-Conference Workshops on February 26
If you would like to attend one of our two pre-conference workshops on Tuesday February 26 but have not yet registered, you may upgrade your pass onsite at the registration desk (600 USD fee).

Attendee Networking Dinner on February 26
For attendees who pre-purchased a pass to the attendee networking dinner, please note that dinner will be held at Gonpachi Restaurant (Nishi-Azabu branch) on February 26 from 7:00pm-9:00pm. Roundtrip transportation will be provided from the conference venue. Please note that this event is sold out and only attendees who have pre-purchased a pass will be admitted. Attendees who have pre-purchased a pass will receive an admission ticket during check in.

Important Reminder
Please bring your business card to receive your badge and other materials. For security purposes, your badge must be worn at all times.
