BUILDEX Pass Details
We know everyone has their own reasons for attending BUILDEX, therefore BUILDEX Vancouver has several different pass options to maximize your investment and time at the show.
All Access Pass (Best Value!)
The recommended attendance option. Maximize your time and return from BUILDEX Vancouver by attending as much as you can over two days, all with one pass.
Pass includes:
- Registration for any of 80+ ConEd-accredited conference sessions (to a max of 8, value $550)
- Attend any Keynote, product demo or BUILDEX Main Stage session
- BUILDEX On-Demand, with access to recorded content from BUILDEX Vancouver 2025, PLUS a library of more than 50 hours of content from BUILDEX and the Buildings Canada portfolio until June 30, 2025 (value $150)
- Trade Show Pass with daily show floor access to discover 300+ exhibitors (value $30)
- 2 days of formal and informal networking opportunities
- Manage and change your session registration online, saving you time onsite
- Early access to the BUILDEX Alberta Mobile App. Create your own conference schedule, map out the exhibitors you'd like to connect with and meet other attendees
- Complimentary drink at the BUILDEX Industry Networking Reception
- Lunch on both days (value $40)
Build Your Own Program
For those with limited time at BUILDEX. Plan your time, your way, selecting the conference sessions, free-to-attend programming and networking right for you, AND full access to the trade show floor.

Trade Show Pass
Our lowest cost, trade show floor access-only pass. Discover cutting-edge suppliers on the trade show floor, free-to-attend programming, and networking.
Pass includes:
- Daily show floor access to discover 300+ exhibitors (value $30)
- Attend any Keynote, product demo or BUILDEX Main Stage session
- 2 days of formal and informal networking opportunities
- Complimentary drink at the BUILDEX Industry Networking Reception
If you are a brand, manufacturer or supplier, or rep, you will need to register for a Non-Exhibiting Supplier Pass.
Non-Exhibiting Supplier Pass (NES)
Mandatory pass for non-exhibiting brands, manufacturers, suppliers, and reps. Uncover what BUILDEX has to offer your business before choosing to exhibit in 2025.
Pass includes:
- Daily show floor access to discover 300+ exhibitors
- Attend any Keynote, product demo or BUILDEX Main Stage session
- Complimentary drink at the BUILDEX Industry Networking Reception
- Partial credit on your 2026 exhibition cost if you decide to book exhibition space
NO solicitation is permitted by companies who are not BUILDEX Vancouver 2025 sponsors or exhibitors with a booth on the trade show floor.
BUILDEX On-Demand Pass
Watch recorded conference sessions after the show, and gain access to a library of professional videos from across the building and construction industry. Designed for those unable to travel, or as a pass add on.
Pass Includes:
- Watch recorded sessions from BUILDEX Vancouver 2025 after the show
- Access a library of more than 50 hours of videos, interviews and recorded seminar content from BUILDEX and the Buildings Canada portfolio until June 30, 2025
Group Discounts
Save when you bring your entire team to BUILDEX Vancouver.
A discount of 20% is available for groups of 4 or more registering as a group and will be applied automatically during registration. Group discounts can be used on a combination of pass types (e.g. for a combination of trade show passes and All Access Passes). Group discounts are not applicable to NES passes and cannot be combined with promo codes.
Cancellation Policy
Trade Show only passes are non-refundable.
If you cancel your All Access or Seminar pass before January 31, 2025 at 11:59pm PT, you will be refunded your registration fee less a $30 processing fee.
No refunds will be given after January 31, 2025 at 11:59pm PT or for on-site ticket purchases.
Cancellation requests MUST be emailed to buildexshows@microspec.com.
Substitutions will not be permitted. Delegate registrations are issued for your personal use only and cannot be shared with any person during BUILDEX Vancouver. You may not purchase registrations as an agent for any third party, sell or otherwise transfer your registration to others, or exploit the registration commercially or non-commercially in any way.
Please note that the conference program is subject to change including programming cancellations and scheduling. BUILDEX is not responsible and refunds will not be provided under these circumstances. Please check the website for the most up-to-date scheduling.
Payment of registration confirms that you have read, understand, agree and will comply with the published registration cancellation policy.
