Before You Arrive
- Plan for LA traffic when scheduling your arrivals and departures.
- Register early to secure your spot and take advantage of early bird pricing.
- Book your hotel room (click here for housing) within the conference block for convenience and discounts.
- Download the official conference app when available.
How to get to the Show
Catersource + The Special Event will take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center located at 1201 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90015.
Public transit: several modes of public transportation can be used to reach the Los Angeles Convention Center.
- Metro Rail: you can take the Metro Blue or Expo Line to Pico Station, directly across from the Los Angeles Convention Center.
- Metro Bus: Metro Bus routes service all of Los Angeles and many lines stop near the Los Angeles Convention Center, including lines 30, 81, 442, 460 and the Silver Line.
Airport: from the LAX airport, you can either take a 40 minute car ride, or 60 minutes via the LAX Flyaway Bus.

What to Wear & Pack
- Comfortable shoes (you'll be walking and standing a lot)
- Layered clothing (conference rooms can vary in temperature)
- Business cards
- Notebook or digital note-taking device
- Evening wear for networking functions
During the Conference
