Agnes, Senior Consultant, oversees a wide range of services mainly in human resource management, human resource restructuring, organizational design, strategy formulation and management, and performance management services.

She is a SHRM-SCP certified from the Society for Human Resources Management, which enables her to manage effectively a number of HR projects, including planning, documenting and implementing the recruitment, training and retention of talent processes as well as performance management and workforce planning processes.

Agnes has assisted many institutions and government entities in restructuring their HR department through formulating their HR strategy, designing the appropriate organization structure, job descriptions, competency framework, performance management, as well as the development of HR policies and procedures.

Agnes has also worked on multiple projects across a range of different industries such as contracting, healthcare, FMCG retail, aviation, printing, and media.

Agnes regularly provides public and in-house trainings on SHRM Master’s Certificate in Human Resource Management (4 courses), HR Administration, HR Skills and performance management. As such, she recently trained many public sector employees from the Saudi Government on Key Performance Indicators and Performance Management in-line with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Vision 2030.
