Burcu Boyali is a results-driven senior HR professional with over 15 years of experience in HR transformation, process improvement, and leveraging technology to deliver top-notch HR solutions. As the Global Senior Director of HR Process at JLL, Burcu spearheads the planning, implementation, and management of the HR process excellence and improvement program. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they design and deploy customer-centric HR products and services. Burcu's expertise in HR transformation, combined with their proficiency in utilising HR systems as a change catalyst, has propelled successful organisational transformations.

Previously, Burcu held leadership positions at JLL, including Director of EMEA HR Process, where they oversaw the solutioning and enhancement of diverse HR functionalities. They have also contributed their valuable HR expertise to renowned international companies such as HILL International Inc and Monster Worldwide Inc, supporting organisational integration and transformation processes.

Burcu holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, a master’s degree in marketing communication management, and has completed the Executive Strategy Programme at the University of Oxford. Additionally, they have undertaken the Global Women on Board Programme at Professional Women Network. Burcu is also recognised as a chartered fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD), further demonstrating their professional accomplishment.
