With a uniquely diverse background including serving alongside the British Military leading civilian broadcast teams to perform whilst under extreme conditions in front line operations such as Bosnia, Kosovo and Iraq, my strengths lie in the assessment and implementation of effective and strategic decision making for optimum team motivation, performance, and results.

Having completed the Marathon Des Sables, (The Toughest Footrace on Earth) where mindset was the foundation of endurance and resilience for ultimate performance and success, I leverage this core pillar to support clients through mindset mindfulness.
