Driven at an early age to help her family cope in the real world, Dipti’s formative years are driven by a deep rooted understanding of People of Determination (POD), with over 16 years in the field, she holds certification from the Canadian Association for Supported Employment, a Bachelors in Special Education and a Masters in Psychology.

An advocate of inclusive employment, a hard to define in the box role to train individuals to fit society’s norms, support work placement, engage corporates to see the bigger picture, and spread awareness through such forums.
