Dr. Abdelbasit Ayoub is a leadership trainer and an executive coach at Saudi Aramco Downstream Development Academy. He is passionate about developing leaders through facilitating workshops and providing leadership coaching. Dr. Ayoub used the latest knowledge in leadership and positive psychology to design and deliver over 30 leadership courses. He provided leadership coaching to over 800 leaders from different sectors. His mission in life is to develop leaders one leader at a time. Dr. Ayoub holds a Master degree in Human Resource Management from Newcastle University in Sydney - Australia and a PhD Degree from Victoria University of Wellington – New Zealand. In addition to that he is a certified master trainer.
