Fara Siddiqi is a visionary People & Organisation leader with over 20 years of international experience driving business growth, transformation, and value creation through human capital strategy. She has successfully shaped and executed talent, culture, and organisational strategies for complex, high-growth, and diversified enterprises across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

In her role as Global Chief People & Organisation Officer at Pure Health; the UAE’s largest integrated healthcare platform with $7.6 billion in revenues, 40,000+ employees, 110 hospitals, 315 clinics, and 145 laboratories; Fara leads the enterprise-wide People and Culture agenda to enable the company’s mission of “Democratising Longevity” and delivering sustainable business performance.

Fara’s track record includes:

• Steering large-scale business transformations, including IPO readiness, strategic mergers and acquisitions, private equity integrations, and cost optimisation initiatives, unlocking measurable operational synergies and shareholder value.

• Partnering with Boards, CEOs, and investors to align people strategies with growth, profitability, and ESG goals.

Her career spans leading organisations including Pure Health, Aster DM Healthcare, GEMS Education, and Bank of America, where she has delivered strategic HR outcomes that directly advanced business objectives.

Fara holds a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University, and has completed the HR Management Program at Rice University and the HR Executive Suite at Harvard Business School Executive Education. She is certified in multiple HR disciplines and is passionate about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, serving as a mentor and advocate for women leaders and entrepreneurs, particularly across the Middle East.
