Profile
Flora Castillon is a therapist, executive coach, and international keynote speaker with over 15 years of leadership and mentoring experience across four continents. Formerly Director of Visitor Experience, Sales & Events at the Louvre Abu Dhabi, she knows first-hand the pressure, politics, and personal cost of high-performance environments.
In 2021, after years of outward success, Flora hit burnout. That breakdown became her breakthrough, triggering a deep personal transformation rooted in mindset work, performance psychology, and emotional healing. The impact was so life-altering, she made it her mission to help others rise from the same place.
Today, Flora supports senior leaders, founders, and high achievers in overcoming imposter syndrome, burnout, self-doubt, public speaking anxiety and emotional overwhelm. She helps them lead with clarity, set boundaries without guilt, manage conflict with confidence, and create success that doesn’t come at the cost of their wellbeing.
She’s also the founder of Love Yourself First, a group coaching programme for women ready to stop playing small, reclaim their power, and lead lives filled with joy, not just achievement. Her work with women helps them become not just better leaders, mothers, and partners, but more fulfilled human beings.
Flora’s approach blends subconscious breakthrough work, science-backed mindset techniques, and deep emotional healing. Her work is practical, intuitive, and deeply transformational, meeting people where they are, and guiding them to where they never thought they could go.
Her talks are bold, honest, and emotionally resonant, woven with storytelling, psychology, and no-BS truths that cut through the noise. She creates spaces that are safe but catalytic, inviting real reflection and inspiring immediate, lasting change.
Whether in the boardroom or on stage, Flora leaves people feeling seen, reset, and ready to lead from within.
