Hala is the Group Head of Talent Development at AW Rostamani Group, where she oversees the design and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. With over 20 years of experience in various sectors and industries, Hala expertly manages the full talent management cycle and sets strategies for the entire organisation.

She holds CIPD qualifications and certifications in psychological assessment, development centre design, and leadership coaching, and is a certified assessor from the British Psychological Society. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her efforts to create a culture of engagement and empowerment within a diverse workforce. Hala is passionate about mentoring, diversity and inclusion, and change management, continually fostering a learning environment that nurtures both individual growth and organisational success.

Hala is also a member of the Advisory Council for Harvard Business School, adding a significant depth to her learning expertise. She is currently participating in the LEAD program at Stanford Business School, further honing her leadership skills.
