Notably, she made history as the first Egyptian woman to serve as a jury member in the 2021 Stevie Awards for Women in Business and the International Business category in addition to the Great Employer Category.

She further solidified her impact by becoming the first female judge in the 2023 Globee Awards for Women in Business.
