Jean-Dominique De Ravignan is the HR Director at L’Oréal Middle East since mid 2019. He is responsible for leading the group’s human resources division across the GCC region.

An enthusiastic professional with over 25 years of experience, Jean-Dominique started his career journey at L’Oréal in 1998 in marketing at the Consumer Products Division in France. After 6 years, he moved to the human resource division and was appointed as the Head of Recruitment for the Consumer Products division.

In 2004, Jean-Dominique decided to move back to business management and marketing where he held various leadership positions at L’Oréal such as the Zone Marketing Director in Eastern Europe, Zone Brand Director in Latin America, General Manager in New Zealand and Executive General Manager of L’Oreal West Africa, based in Ghana.

His passion for developing people has led him back to human resources where he was appointed as the Global Learning Director for the Professional Products Division in 2015.

A French national, Jean-Dominique holds a master’s degree in marketing from Dauphine University in Paris. He is married with three children.
