Jim is the CEO and Founder of Future Talent Learning, a global leadership and management development business established in 2004. They run award-winning e-learning programmes focused on developing the human performance that drives business performance for organisations like PepsiCo, local and central government departments, and Apple.
Jim is an active supporter and advocate of inclusive education initiatives for both children and adults. Between 2012 -2016 he was asked by the UK’s Prime Minister to run a government funded and employer-led careers inspiration platform for 11–24-year-olds. He is a member of the Barclays LifeSkills’ Advisory Board and has worked with board members of Saudi Aramco and SABIC to develop nationalisation initiatives across the GCC.
Jim read English Literature at Oxford University and has maintained a strong interest in the theatre and performing arts from his student days. He lives between London and Wales with his wife, Rachel and two teenage children.
