Khaled was recently appointed as the country manager for Cubiks, a global HR consultancy on an interim assignment from May to November 2017. He also previously worked for multinational consultancies in the region like Korn Ferry Hay Group and CEB SHL in Dubai, conducting psychometric and non-psychometric Training, Leadership Assessment/Development, and has managed complex projects for implementing talent strategies across several geographical locations

• Khaled has designed, led and facilitated development programs for several major MNC’s. Project examples include:
• Conducted and facilitated competency based interviewing workshops for Saudi Aramco for more than 500 line managers.
• Conducted Assessor and Assessment Centre Management skills training for Saudi Electricity Company, Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency SAMA, Qatar National Library.
• Designed, led and facilitated Interviewing skills masterclass for SABIC line managers.
• Conducted Young leaders mentoring for Sidra Hospital in Doha.
• Conducted and facilitated performance management and KPI training for AMMROC for 120 line managers
