Her career began in consulting with Aon, followed by Mercer in the UK. Now, as the Global Head of Reward & Talent at GFG Alliance, Mariia leverages her consulting background to refine people practices and drive the global evolution of Reward, Talent, and L&D programmes across the organisation.

A strong advocate for horizontal growth at GFG, she promotes creative approaches to upskilling, starting with herself. Mariia holds a degree in Investment & Financial Risk Management from Bayes Business School in London and achieved FCIPD accreditation in May 2023, further reflecting her dedication to professional development and lifelong learning.
