Based in Dubai, Namrata is currently the Manager – Organisational Development supporting Middle East, Asia Pacific, and China regions for NOV since the past 10 years, driving Organisational Development initiatives and change. NOV is a global multinational organisation at the cutting edge of technological innovation in the oil and gas/energy industry for more than 150 years and it has pioneered meaningful breakthroughs that have empowered the global energy business.

Namrata has worked with prestigious companies such as Petrofac, Dubai Petroleum, and Vodafone in the UAE and India over the years and throughout her career, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Equipped with multiple Leadership and Coaching certifications from Harvard Business Publishing, Marshall Goldsmith stakeholder centred coaching (Executive/teams) and Korn & Ferry, Namrata possesses a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise.
