Within her 20 years of experience in different industries in Europe, Asia, Middle East, and Africa (Education, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Banking, Logistics, eCommerce, Technology, and Manufacturing), Noha spent seven years in PepsiCo (third largest FMCG Company) and four years in Amazon/AWS (the leading global e-commerce and tech company) and has held various HR Generalist and Specialist roles including HR Director, HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Internal Communication, Org. Design & Change Management, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Project Management, Assessment Centers, Events Management, and Control Environment.
