Ozan received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Bilkent University, Department of Business Administration. During these studies, he also assumed the responsibility of the university's promotional activities, and on this occasion, he gained practical experience simultaneously with his research on management. He continued his research on discourse analysis and entrepreneurship in his master's degree with the philosophy dimension at the doctoral level. He completed his doctorate in organisational theory and organisational sociology at Sabancı University, Faculty of Management.

Ozan Duygulu, who conducted research on corporate governance, sustainability and ethics during his doctoral studies, wrote his doctoral thesis on the process of Implementation of Corporate Governance in Turkey. He currently teaches Business Ethics in MBA, PMBA and EMBA programs as a faculty member at Sabancı University and continues his studies in the field of organisational sociology. Ozan Duygulu, who carries out training and consultancy activities in the field of business ethics and corporate management, is also interested in the philosophy of social sciences in addition to moral theory and moral philosophy.
