Peter Lemperis is a seasoned global HR executive with over 15 years of progressive experience spanning logistics, technology, media, food service and professional services. Peter currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Vanguard Logistics, a global leader in ocean freight consolidation. In this role, Peter leads the enterprise-wide people strategy across 35+ countries, overseeing organisational design, leadership development, total rewards, workforce planning and HR digital transformation. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Peter reports directly to the CEO and partners with the Board on succession planning, culture transformation and long-term value creation.

Prior to joining Vanguard, Peter held leadership roles at Adevinta, Irdeto (a subsidiary of MultiChoice Group), Aramex, Kuwait Food Company, Mercer and Hay Group. Peter has deep expertise in executive compensation, performance management, incentive design and talent strategy across both public and private enterprises. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, he served on several advisory boards, where he provides guidance on human capital strategy, governance and early-stage investments.
