Prof. Zel is an accomplished and resourceful professional with a proven track record in designing and delivering programs focused on organisational and HR development, leadership development, strategy and change management.

With extensive experience on leading business transformation, HR management systems, and change projects, Prof. Zel has worked with mid-to-large scale international companies. His global career has taken him to diverse locations, including UAE, USA, UK, Egypt, Denmark, Ireland, Azerbaijan, and Russia.

Since 1996, Prof. Zel has been a certified EFQM award assessor and trainer. He possesses substantial expertise in designing and delivering leadership development programs for large-scale global companies. Additionally, he is a certified instructor of the "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" and "Principle-Centred Leadership" programs by Covey International Inc. His extensive background includes over two decades of experience in designing and delivering assessment/development centres, as well as serving on advisory boards for major companies on HRM and organisational development projects.

As an accredited “Executive Coach” from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with an ACC badge, Prof. Zel has further distinguished himself. He is also the author and co-author of seven books and numerous articles on leadership, human resources management, and strategic management.
