Shams Moloo has been in the region for over 16 years and has held senior positions within The Executive Council of Dubai and Meydan Group. He is currently the Director of Strategy and Business Development at THA – a staffing firm that aims to disrupt and transform recruitment within the events industry. With a focus on international expansion, Shams is leading the growth of THA within the region and abroad.
