Profile

Sharon Philip is a Creative Strategist and self-described accidental Gen Z creative. Creativity wasn’t always the plan. But a global pandemic, a few video edits, a Canva timeline, and some very persistent iced lattes led her to discover a voice she didn’t know she had.

She began her career at the age of 18, gaining early experience across media, PR, and production. At Eithne Treanor Media, she supported high-level global events such as OPEC and Gastech, contributing to media training, research, and content design.

Her journey continued at MSL Group Middle East, where she worked on campaigns for global names including du, Prada, Paco Rabanne, Carolina Herrera, Jean Paul Gaultier, and McDonald’s, building strong foundations in brand communication and storytelling.

Currently, Sharon leads Creative Strategy at xNDigitize, shaping the voice of some of the Middle East’s most influential events, including Beautyworld Middle East, GISEC Global, Arab Health, and INDEX. Her approach blends curiosity, clarity, and emotional intelligence to create content that cuts through the noise.

Driven by empathy and clarity, Sharon continues to challenge the boundaries of content creation, proving that creativity sometimes finds you when you are simply willing to try. What sets Sharon apart is not just her talent. It is her belief that kindness, empathy, and a willingness to try can go a long way in a world obsessed with perfection.
