Exhibitors can access the show floor at 7:30am on Wednesday December 2nd, 8:30am on Thursday December 3rd, and at 8am on Friday December 4th. Please note that exhibitor badges are REQUIRED for early access on show days.
Move-In
- Monday November 30th:
- 2pm – 10pm
- Tuesday December 1st:
- 8am – 10pm
IMPORTANT!
All exhibitors have been assigned a move-in day and time based on their booth location. Check the Colour-Coded North Move-in Schedule & Colour-Coded South Move-In Schedule to determine your scheduled Move-In time.
Move-Out
- Friday December 4th:
- 1pm – 10pm
All exhibit materials must be removed from the show floor by 10pm.
- Saturday December 5th SOUTH BUILDING ONLY

Exhibitor Lunch and Learn
In order to prepare you for the show, we will be having a Virtual Exhibitor Lunch and Learn on November 3, 2026 at 12 PM (EST). This Lunch and Learn is an online event that exhibitors can sign up to attend. We will be going over what's new, protocols, deadline dates and more. So bring your lunch and your questions, we can't wait to see you!

Prepaid Parking Passes
Exhibitors who would like to obtain a parking pass can place their order online. The “Early Bird” discount order deadline is November 16, 2026.
Prepaid parking passes can be picked up at the Exhibitor Services counter in the exhibit halls during event move-in/set-up. Passes can also be picked up at the closest Parking Office after the service desk has closed. The Parking Offices are located next to the entrance/exits in the parking garages (off of Level 600 of the south building). The parking passes are required to exit the garage.

Exhibitor SPAM Alert
The Buildings Show has learned from several exhibitors and attendees they are receiving scam emails offering attendee lists for purchase.
Please be aware these offers are fraudulent. We do not sell or release data and have strict policies around the protection of data at Informa. These scammers do not have any relationship with The Buildings Show or Informa and they do NOT have the data they are attempting to sell.
We continually work with our Show Management and legal team in sending the spammers cease and desist letters; however they are persistent and continue to send under different email addresses and different aliases. If you receive one of these emails, please BLOCK and MARK AS SPAM in your inbox, and forward it to spam@fightspam.gc.ca. In addition, we recommend to review our Authorized Suppliers List to familiarize with the suppliers who will be reaching out to you for only show specific purposes and your involvement in The Buildings Show.
