Jay Driggers
Chief Experience Officer at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey


Jay is Horizon BCBSNJ’s Chief Experience Officer, a role that helps the business track and understand what motivates customers and what matters most to them in order to drive loyalty/retention as well as business growth. Jay develops and implements the company’s end-to-end member experience strategy, working with Executive Leadership and operational leaders across all divisions of the company. He sets the goals, which are a key part of the overall company strategy and mission, and works collaboratively across the business to achieve those established goals.

Jay has 25 years of experience in consumer strategy development in both insurance and consumer packaged goods. He has worked with large insurance companies and some of the world’s leading consumer product brands to develop consumer strategies and transform business models to be consumer-focused. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and an MBA from University of Connecticut’s School of Business.
