Jen Russell
Director of Marketing Analytics & Research at PSECU


Jen Russell is a highly skilled and accomplished marketing research and analytics expert with a wealth of experience in the field. She is the Director of Marketing Analytics & Research at PSECU, Pennsylvania's largest credit union. Before that, Jen held similar positions at InsuranceNewsNet and Skipta.

At PSECU, Jen leads a team of analysts, researchers, and operations professionals responsible for leveraging research and data to help PSECU members deepen their relationships and help colleagues make data-driven decisions. She has successfully elevated PSECU's Voice of the Customer program to an enterprise-wide initiative. Jen's collaborative work has allowed every department to participate in learning and actioning on insights, resulting in significantly more effective initiatives driven by the PSECU members' voices.

Jen's contributions to PSECU extend beyond the Voice of the Customer program. She has collaborated with her team to build several data models, including a Member Attrition Model and a "Next Best Action" Model. Her colleagues value her expertise, and she regularly mentors them. Jen also engages with local and national communities, such as the Technology Council of Central PA and Women in Analytics, to share her knowledge and experience.

Jen earned her bachelor's degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
