I am an insight leader & innovation strategist with 18 years of experience transforming insights into growth opportunities. My natural ability to identify unarticulated needs across the spectrum from whitespaces all the way through product execution makes me an excellent innovator. I operate more as a business owner and less like a marketer, as I believe a holistic approach is the only way to sustainable success. While I specialize in consumer ethnographies, need assessments, data synthesis and cultural trend analysis, I thrive in the triangulation of 360 insights & business strategy to bring innovation platforms to life.

My experience across 70+ initiatives has led to a robust insights research toolkit ranging from discovery to validation, design thinking to scaled agile and the development of new to the world innovation methodologies leveraging consumer’s creative thinking. Leading insights across multiple established brands as well as transformative innovation I have focused on driving decisions that are consumer centric to achieve a holistic brand and cohesive user experience. Despite winning multiple awards I am driven more by results than recognition – showing my kids the products I launched as we browse through stores is what brings me joy.

Functionally I operate with the spirit of a startup leveraging scrappy agile real-world learnings with over a millions in savings over the last few years. I lead with influence to impact strategic choices on 100MM+ initiatives by providing holistic evidence on consumer desirability & business viability. My goal & my passion irrespective of the initiative is to develop breakthrough solutions, be it in the form of products, campaigns, methodologies or process enhancements. My ability to connect with people, be it consumers as they clean their toilet or cross functional teams as we rustle organizational limitations or my direct reports as we have tough conversations enables me to execute meaningful change with ease.
