Thomas Walker is Senior Director, Global Brand and Customer Insights at eBay. He is responsible for ensuring the company’s strategic decisions are guided by a rich and holistic base of market and consumer insight. Thomas and his team are working to modernize eBay’s foundational research and insights platform spanning early market opportunity identification, consumer segmentation and targeting, brand strategy and positioning, and shopper experience. Thomas joined eBay in 2017. Prior to eBay, Thomas spent five years in various leadership roles at Kantar Group. He also spent 14 years serving as a trusted advisor to C-level execs to drive growth of billion dollar business sectors for IBM, Microsoft and Coca-Cola.
