Icy Niu leads global partnerships and licensing of antibody assets at Biocytogen, driving the commercialization of fully human antibodies derived from the RenMice platform. Prior to joining Biocytogen, she built extensive experience in antibody discovery, working with pharmaceutical and biotech partners across target validation, antibody generation, and early-stage optimization, with a strong understanding of developability and translational pathways. In her current role, she focuses on enabling external partnerships by providing ready-to-use antibody molecules that allow partners to more efficiently initiate and advance their drug development programs, accelerate timelines from target to candidate, and reduce early-stage risk. She is actively involved in asset evaluation and collaboration design to ensure scientific innovation can be effectively translated into development-ready programs and meaningful partnership opportunities.
