Applicable Tax and Fees

Rates listed above do not include taxes or fees. Please refer to hotel for a full description of associated taxes and fees in addition to rate.

Rate Guarantee

The rates are guaranteed for attendees of BUILDEX Vancouver only. By making a reservation using these preferred rates, you are confirming that you are registered to attend BUILDEX Vancouver. Informa Connect reserves the right to adjust any reservations to standard rack rate or remove the reservation from BUILDEX Vancouver room block if, following audit, it is evident that the reservation is held on behalf of someone that is not planning to attend the event.

Reservation Changes

Should you require a change in your hotel reservation, please contact the respective hotel directly and they will be able to assist you.

Cancellation Policy

Please note hotel cancellation policy when you are making your reservation.

*To note, INFORMA DOES NOT WORK WITH OUTSIDE COMPANIES FOR ATTENDEE HOTEL ROOMS. We are aware that unauthorized housing companies (called hotel “poachers”) offer cheaper rates at hotels usually quoted in USD. Often when the attendee arrives at the hotel, it's already sold out and there's no record of the reservation. This practice, also known as “room pirating” is a scam that all attendees and exhibitors should be aware of in order to avoid passing along personal and financial information.
