Ms Afnan Yousef A Alnajim holds a Master’s degree in Education and Human Resources Development with first-class honors from Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University in Saudi Arabia. She has a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management with first-class honors from Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University in Saudi Arabia. She is currently working as an Acting Head of Cybersecurity HRBP at Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia. In addition to her role, Afnan has been assigned as PMU Ambassador and Vice President of PMU Alumni Association.

She is an Associate Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) member and has membership in various professional bodies including the CIPD and SHRM.

In 2026, Ms. Alnajim has been recognised by HR&CS EVP as the first HRBP in HR&CS Business Line who has successfully published a paper in IEEE. In, 2020, 2021, and 2022, Ms Alnajim was awarded the “Best in Class Professional” by the Senior Vice President of Technical Services in Saudi Aramco, Saudi Arabia for obtaining prestigious HR Certifications (CIPD Level 5, TMP, and Coaching). Afnan has published 6 HR peer-reviewed papers in international journals. Afnan was awarded the ICF Accredited Designation of Certified Professional Coach by Coach Transformation Academy.
