Amna Al Hosani is a UAE senior executive with more than two decades of leadership experience spanning government, semi-government and commercial organisations. Her career has been defined by leading people and organisational transformation in complex operating environments, with particular expertise in aligning human capital, organisational capability and culture with enterprise strategy and long-term performance.

As Executive Director – Human Capital at Ethara Group, Amna leads the Group's human capital and organisational agenda across a portfolio spanning international motorsport, live entertainment, major events and venue operations, including the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

Operating within a high-profile, internationally connected and event-driven environment, she advises senior leadership on organisational effectiveness, workforce strategy, executive and leadership development, succession, culture, reward, employee relations and national talent. Her remit combines long-term organisational capability with the workforce readiness required to deliver complex, time-critical operations at international scale.
