Arshkiran Sandhu is a Human Resources Director and Business Psychology professional with experience leading people strategy across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain. She currently oversees the HR function for Platinumlist, supporting a workforce of more than 400 employees through rapid regional growth, organisational transformation and AI adoption.

Alongside her corporate role, Arshkiran advises growing businesses on organisational design, leadership, and people strategy. Her work focuses on helping organisations build scalable HR functions, implement responsible AI, and create cultures that enable continuous change rather than simply react to it.

She holds an MSc in Business Psychology with Distinction from Alliance Manchester Business School and is passionate about the intersection of organisational psychology, technology, and the future of work.
