Avinesh Vinod is a seasoned Human Resources and Culture leader with over 15 years of experience across the beverage, telecommunications, and consumer goods industries, spanning the Middle East and Southeast Asia. He currently serves as Head of Culture & Talent at Coca-Cola Al Ahlia Beverages, where he leads the Culture, Talent and Development Center of Excellence across the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. His portfolio includes talent management, leadership development, executive recruitment, employer branding, early careers programs, and strategic HR business partnering.

Throughout his career, Avinesh Vinod has built extensive expertise in organizational culture, employee engagement, change management, industrial relations, leadership development, and workforce transformation. Prior to his current role, he held various HR leadership positions within the Coca-Cola system across Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and the Gulf region, where he successfully led large-scale culture transformation initiatives, talent development programs, and employee engagement strategies that strengthened business performance and organizational effectiveness.

His professional journey began with Heineken Malaysia's Management Trainee Programme before progressing into roles specializing in employee engagement and industrial relations. He later expanded his expertise at Maxis Broadband, before joining Coca-Cola where he continued to build a reputation as a people-focused leader capable of leading organizations through change while maintaining a strong culture of inclusion and performance.
