Aylin Öney Dodanlı is the HR Director for Boehringer Ingelheim in IMETA (India, Middle East, Turkey, Africa), overseeing human resources strategy, talent management, and organisational development across the uniquely dynamic and diverse region. Currently based in Dubai, Aylin contributes to Boehringer Ingelheim’s mission of building a positive and inclusive workplace across the IMETA region.

With over 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles, Aylin has a proven track record of driving initiatives that enhance organisational performance and employee engagement. She was previously HR Director for Boehringer Ingelhiem in Turkiye where she managed talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits for the local team. Prior to joining Boehringer Ingelheim, she worked with multinational companies, including British American Tobacco and The Estée Lauder Companies, where she held key positions in HR management, talent development, and professional coaching.

Aylin’s career is distinguished by her expertise in change management, leadership development, and organisational efficiency. She has successfully implemented strategies to support leadership training, employee development, and recruitment, aligning HR practices with business objectives. As a certified Co-Active Coach, Aylin is also dedicated to fostering personal and professional growth, helping employees reach their full potential.

Aylin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Boğaziçi University, with additional studies in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
