Profile
Charlie Swan is Solutions Director at Alchemist Group and Chief Growth Officer of The Experiential Learning Group (TELG), working with leaders, high-performing teams and sellers to turn strategy into action and drive sustainable growth.
In 2026, TELG was acquired by Alchemist Group, bringing together specialist expertise in leadership, team and sales performance. Today, the Group helps leading global organisations close the execution gap by changing the behaviours that determine whether strategy succeeds or stalls. Its practice-led learning experiences combine human expertise, immersive simulation, coaching and technology to embed and sustain behaviour change at scale.
Charlie brings an unusual combination of commercial, creative and human experience to this work. Formerly a senior lawyer at Freshfields, he advised on global investigations and transactions, nuclear new-build projects and government matters and conducted litigation in the Royal Courts of Justice. He then exchanged the boardroom for London’s West End, performing professionally at venues including The London Palladium, His Majesty’s Theatre and Sadler’s Wells, before setting up two specialist experiential learning consultancies.
Over the past 17 years, Charlie has helped thousands of leaders - including Board and C-suite executives - build the confidence and capabilities required to lead, sell, collaborate and perform under pressure. He has supported more than 100 global corporations and professional services firms across 30 countries and six continents.
Through Alchemist Group’s learning system and 300-strong global faculty - including more than 100 C-suite leaders - Charlie helps organisations create practical, culturally and contextually relevant learning experiences that translate leadership and sales insight into sustained performance.
His work across the Middle East over the last 12 years has included supporting organisations such as ADNOC, Emirates Global Aluminium, HSBC, PepsiCo, Agthia Group, Riyad Bank, Mastercard, Standard Chartered, sovereign wealth funds and various international law firms.
