Charmaine Klima works at the intersection of AI and learning. She is an organisational development expert and executive and leadership coach with over 20 years of experience helping organisations navigate transformation in complex, highly governed environments.

Her work focuses on enabling AI adoption at scale, innovating learning for the agentic-enabled workforce, and designing psychologically safe cultures that support innovation and intelligent experimentation without compromising governance, risk discipline, or accountability.

Charmaine has led large-scale leadership and learning transformations and draws on real enterprise case experience to show how organisations balance rapid innovation with the responsible deployment of emerging technologies, translating ambition into practical, people-centred capability at scale.

A Chartered Fellow of CIPD and AHRI and an ICF Professional Certified Coach, her work has been internationally recognised, including the ICF Middle East PRISM Award for Coaching and a Highly Commended CIPD award.
