Daniele Galati is a senior business leader with more than 18 years of experience leading large, international teams across EMEA and APAC. As Senior Director of Client Success at Indeed, he leads Client Success organisations across multiple markets, working at the intersection of people, technology and business performance.

Throughout his career, Daniele has focused on building high-performing teams, developing leaders and guiding organisations through periods of significant transformation. Before joining Indeed, he held senior operational leadership roles at Amazon, where he led large-scale customer service operations.

A key focus of Daniele's work today is how artificial intelligence and emerging technologies are reshaping the world of work. He is particularly interested in what this transformation means not only for businesses, but for people: how the skills organisations value are changing, how leaders need to adapt and how technology can augment human capability rather than simply replace it.
