Darren is a versatile facilitator, executive coach and mentor with excess of 25 years’ international broadcasting experience (Radio & TV) as a Producer, Presenter, General Manager and Managing Director which brought him to the UAE 15 years ago as Head of Radio 2 for Gulf News Broadcasting.

Industry specific successes include Automotive, Broadcast Media, Oil & Gas, Banking, Real Estate, Pharmaceutical, Hospitality, Fin Tech and Government sectors to name a few.

Darren travels the world delivering Sales, Negotiation, Influence and Collaboration workshops and was team coach for a team of regional Sales Managers in the pharmaceutical industry as part of a 6-months Leadership development; his work contributed to the team achieving 115% of their set target.

As an NLP Master Practitioner and with a passion for people performance, Darren consistently creates moments of transformational change through all his engagements that propel his participants and coaching clients into action.
