Dr. Dina Roshdy is the Group Head of Human Resources at Gulf Cryo, where she leads the people’s agenda across ten countries in the Middle East and surrounding markets. With more than 20 years of experience across industrial gases, technology, FMCG, travel and multinational organisations, she has built extensive expertise in HR strategy, organisational transformation, talent management, leadership development and culture.

Dina holds a PhD in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and is passionate about applying behavioral science to real workplace challenges. Her work focuses on strengthening HR’s contribution to business performance, building effective organisations and creating people practices that are both commercially relevant and grounded in evidence.

She is also a strong advocate for the evolving role of HR, particularly in shaping the future of work, enabling organisational change and ensuring that technology enhances rather than replaces human judgment.
