Frederik Haentjens is aDesign Thinking, Digital Innovation & Organizational Transformation consultant. He isalso the Owner of Boxology, a Training and Consulting firm, and GetDesignThinking, a Digital Marketing &Design Company.He has 20 years of specialist experience in Disruptive Innovation, Organizational Design & Development (ODD),Organizational Agility, Workforce Planning, People Analytics, Digital Transformation, and Remote Working.

He helps Middle Eastern, African and Asian organizations in the public and private sectors to achieve their business challenges. In partnership with Informa, he has conducted Innovation courses for STC Saudi, ADNOC Abu Dhabi, TAWAL, ROSHN, EMAAR, SAR and Etisalat.

Frederik also has some of his own Innovation & start up initiatives:
- Tankskills: a platform that delivers online trainings and consulting services to the tank storage industry
- OOTBox.app: a one of a kind app that changed the way online courses are created and delivered
