Gargi Banerjee serves as Regional Head of Human Resources at Kaplan MENA, leading strategic talent architecture, enterprise transformation, and the human capital agenda across the Middle East. She holds globally recognised GPHR and SPHRi credentials from HRCI USA , along with MBA, and is an alumna of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.

With over 18+ years of executive HR leadership across the GCC, MEA and Asia, including senior roles at Reckitt Benckiser, Cadila Group and Gulf Pharmaceuticals (Julphar), Gargi specialises in scaling matrix operations, cross-border labour governance, and workforce digitisation. She is a published author in regional and international HR publications, a keynote speaker at UK & GCC HR events, and a volunteer faculty mentoring the next generation of HR managers across universities in the UAE and India.

At Kaplan MENA, she partners directly with global and regional leadership to align human capital strategy to support commercial expansion, building high-performing, resilient workplace cultures positioned for sustained growth with operational excellence.
