Ghenwa Habbal is the Regional MENA Talent Management & Employee Experience Lead/ Manager For Ford Middle East. A multi-award winner in the realm of Leadership, Resilience, Human Resources & Coaching. She is a Global HR professional, Talent Management & Employee Experience advocate, as well as a Workplace, DEI, and Culture enthusiast and advisor, a certified Brain-Based, CBT, and Resilience Coach, and a Co-Author of the book “Shaken Stirred But Deterred”. Furthermore, Ghenwa is a renowned jury member, a judge at multiple international organisations, a Keynote Speaker, and a moderator. She holds an MSc in Business Psychology with coaching and was recently awarded as Best Influential Coach and recognised as Asia’s Top 100 Women Power Leaders. Her career spans two decades of working to advance start-ups and Fortune 500 companies by applying HR human-centered leading strategies best fitted for VUCA environments.
