Graham Boyle is a Vice President of Human Resources with over 25 years of international experience driving organisational transformation, performance, and strategic people initiatives across Water, Utilities, Infrastructure, Telco and Engineering sectors. Based in the Middle East, Graham has extensive experience managing diverse, multi-cultural teams and navigating complex regulatory environments, mergers and acquisitions and board level advisory. Graham holds an MSc in Human Resource Management & Leadership from the University of Law (UK), a BA in Communications from Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania (USA), in addition to his Chartered Fellow CIPD and Chartered Fellow CPHR memberships.
