Hala is an accomplished professional with 16 years of experience in quality management, business excellence as well as employee engagement and wellbeing.

She started her career working in healthcare sector in private and government entities where she contributed in enhancing process and implementing business excellence standards that resulted in improving the business and gaining national and international awards. Hala is passionate about enhancing quality of life and wellbeing and became a certified wellness practitioner from National Wellness Institute USA in 2014. She joined ADNOC group (ADNOC Onshore) in 2013 were she continued the business excellence journey and participated in many improvement projects.

Hala has a Master’s degree in Quality Management and Safety from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) Leadership Institute and also holds multiple certifications:
